The room with shared bathroom. Location: the hotel was close to the main attractions, and a supermarket.

unique caravanserai style, great sun deck, easy walk to tourist spots
The lower floor rooms lack sunlight!!! More luggage space in the room would be nice!!! Hot water was inconsistent at times!!! An extra layer of soundproofing wouldn't hurt!!!

Had a PLEASANT stay here. It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel, nesteled in a historic building. The staff team was really helpful at any time. Our well-organised and air conditioned room had central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge.
Nothing negative to say.

Comfortable stay, as always. Reasonable base for 3 nights. Informative staff, marvellous location near a good restaurant and local chops and the Registon and other old city monuments. Air-conditioned triple room, comfortable beds.

Excellent location near Registan Square. The breakfast offered a generous variety, especially the delicious pancakes. The staff was helpful, assisting us with train tickets and navigating the city. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The air conditioner did squeak slightly, but they quickly moved us to a quieter room. I really appreciated their customer service. The atmosphere felt warm and family-like, which I loved. The only downside was that the room was a bit compact, but the cozy charm made up for it.

We loved exploring the nearby Chupan Ata Shrine, just a short walk away! The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of coffee and fruit available all day. It was perfect for our large family, especially with two teenagers who appreciated the clean rooms and spacious layout.
My wife says that more luggage space would be great.

Family with children will love it
The hotel had an excellent location, just a quick walk to major sites like Amir Timur and Registan. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, delicious food with a view. I could've stayed there for hours soaking it all in.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly the value was still pretty good.
